The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the much-awaited Junior Engineer (JE) Recruitment 2025 under the Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) No. 05/2025. This recruitment aims to fill a total of 2570 vacancies across various Railway Zones in India for the posts of Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA). Candidates with a diploma or degree in engineering disciplines are eligible to apply. Educational Qualification:

The RRB JE 2025 selection process involves multiple stages of testing to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are selected. The process includes the following:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – Stage I
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – Stage II
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
The CBT will test candidates on subjects like General Awareness, General Science, Mathematics, Reasoning, and Technical Abilities. Each wrong answer will attract a penalty of 1/3 mark. The basic pay is ₹35,400/- per month along with other allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), Transport Allowance, and House Rent Allowance (HRA). The in-hand salary generally ranges between ₹48,000 to ₹52,000 per month depending on posting location and allowances.
